Sudan entered their tilt with Crosbyton on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Chiefs 50-6. The Hornets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Chiefs, too.

Sudan's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB three times. Max Lopez was especially locked on to Crosbyton's QB and sacked him twice.

Sudan's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Crosbyton, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Sudan is set to face off against their familiar foe Lockney at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 948 yards in their previous games. Meanwhile, Crosbyton will challenge rival Hale Center at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
