The Redlands East Valley Wildcats won against the Redlands Terriers last Wednesday with 83 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. Redlands East Valley came out on top against the Terriers by a score of 83-73. Given Redlands East Valley's advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 249th, while the Terriers are ranked 600th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
It was another big night for Jeremiah Ivens, who shot 7-for-12 from beyond the arc and dropped a double-double on 35 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Dariel Bahamontes was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on 13 points and nine rebounds.
Redlands East Valley is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a massive bump to their 19-8 record this season. As for Redlands, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-15.
