The IMater Charter Knights lost against the Dade Christian Crusaders back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. IMater Charter took a 53-37 bruising from Dade Christian. IMater Charter has not had much luck with Dade Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dade Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Christopher Musa, who scored 14 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Cristian Villa was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds.
IMater Charter's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Dade Christian, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. IMater Charter will square off against Hialeah Gardens at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Dade Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Ransom Everglades at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
