The Bethel Jaguars can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. They blew past Swett, posting a 78-38 victory on the road. The victory was nothing new for Bethel as they're now sitting on three straight.
Bethel got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was H. Howard out in front who scored 18 points along with five assists and five rebounds. Howard hasn't dropped below 16 points for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of D. Stricklen, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds.
Bethel pushed their record up to 15-7 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for Swett, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-16.
Bethel will head out on the road to face off against the Gauchos at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. El Cerrito will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 810th, while the Jaguars are ranked 362nd). As for Swett, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
