The Forest Wildcats will face off against the Harmony Longhorns at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Forest is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9 runs per game this season.
Forest took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They blew past Lake Weir 15-5. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Hurricanes recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

CJ Parrish
CJ Parrish looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Forest is 4-1 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 4-6 otherwise.
On the hitting side, Dillon Grace was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, six RBI, and two runs. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two). Another player making a difference was Noah Schoncheck, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4.
Forest kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Harmony has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.93 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Friday. They came up short against Eau Gallie, falling 10-0. The match marked the first time this year in which the Longhorns were not able to get on the board.
Harmony saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jayden Perez, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base.
Forest now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Harmony, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-3.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Monday. Forest hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.6 home runs per game. However, it's not like Harmony struggles in that department as they've been averaging 0.7 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
