Sumner had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They put the hurt on the Bogalusa Lumberjacks with a sharp 17-4 victory. Considering the Cowboys have won 14 matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Sumner's win bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Bogalusa, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-8 record this season.
