Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cristo Rey Jesuit). They escaped with a win on Wednesday against the Park School Bruins by the margin of a single free throw, 67-66. The win was some much needed relief for the Hornets as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Cristo Rey Jesuit's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Park School, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

Cristo Rey Jesuit does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Park School, they will host Beth Tfiloh at 5:45 p.m. on February 6th.
