It was another big night for Aaydan Saucedo, who went 8 for 14 from beyond the arc en route to 27 points and 2 assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Longar Alor, who scored 13 points along with nine rebounds.
Providence Hall's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ty Warnick, who scored 15 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was Evan Fraser, who scored 13 points along with two steals.
The win makes it two in a row for Judge Memorial Catholic and bumps their season record up to 7-12. As for Providence Hall, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-10.
Judge Memorial Catholic will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Summit Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 31st. Summit Academy has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 243 points over their last four matches. As for Providence Hall, they will be playing at home against American Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. American Heritage is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
