Last Friday, Menomonee Falls was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 55-54 to Wauwatosa East. Menomonee Falls has struggled against Wauwatosa East recently, as their game on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, Brown Deer's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They fell just short of Milwaukee Lutheran by a score of 81-78. Despite running the score up even higher than they did on Tuesday (60), Brown Deer still had to take the loss.
Menomonee Falls' loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Brown Deer, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.
Menomonee Falls strolled past Brown Deer in their previous matchup back in December of 2019 by a score of 68-53. Will Menomonee Falls repeat their success, or does Brown Deer have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
