Springs Valley has now lost five straight games, currently the longest losing streak in the league. The Blackhawks lost another two games last week, including a 12-3 defeat against Orleans.

Mitchell, which has compiled a 4-3 overall record to go with its 4-0 league record.
Orleans is 1.5 games back and in second place with a 2-1 league record.
Paoli's pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing 13 hits and nine walks to lead the league in both categories. The Rams have given up a mere 195 hits on the year, while striking out 100 opposing hitters.
Breck Eubanks is the leader in that category with 42 Ks on the season.
