Brock Galer Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, Lincoln got the W thanks in part to Brock Galer playing the best football he has all season. Galer rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.3 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up 1.5 sacks and making four total tackles.

Bear River's victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-2. Williams and Bear River will challenge Mira Loma at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Syders As Marysville Won 22-6
Dennis Syders was instrumental in extending Marysville's winning streak to three on Friday. Wheatland had no answer to Syders as he rushed for 105 yards and three touchdowns. Marysville is 3-1 when Syders posts 80 or more rushing yards, but 1-3 otherwise.
Marysville's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-4. Syders will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on Oakmont on Friday.

Beau Ogles Rounds Out Top Five
Rounding off our Top Five is Beau Ogles of Oakmont. Ogles rushed for 63 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 49 yards and a touchdown.
The win was the third in a row for Oakmont, bringing their record for this year to 6-2. Ogles and Oakmont will square off against Marysville at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
