Meanwhile, Grace Christian came up short against  North Raleigh Christian Academy on Friday, falling  3-0.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-14,  25-11.
 Grace Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Cary Christian, they now  have a losing record of 7-8.
