It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Hagerty had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Boone Braves as they made off with a 10-4 victory. Considering the Huskies have won ten matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
The team relied heavily on B. Levy, who scored two runs while going 3-for-3. That's the most hits he has posted since back in February. M. Murray Jr. was another key player, scoring a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
Hagerty was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Boone only posted a batting average of .222.
Hagerty's record is now 22-3-1. As for Boone, they moved to 11-11 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
