Baseball Recap: Enterprise Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Enterprise waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Manti Templars 9-1. That's more bragging rights for the Wolves, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Clayton Bowler was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Kyler Randall, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Enterprise was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .385. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .385 or higher in four consecutive matches.

Enterprise's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Manti, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Coming up, Enterprise will be taking part in a tournament against Delta at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average, (Enterprise 3.1, Delta 1.5) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Manti, they will face off against South Sevier at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. South Sevier will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Manti surely won't give up without a fight.
