Aquinas put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 52-6 win over the Arcadia Raiders. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Blugolds' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 16th, while the Raiders are ranked 278th).

Aquinas' victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Arcadia, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Aquinas is set to face off against their familiar foe Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Blugolds' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. Meanwhile, Arcadia will challenge rival Viroqua at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will also give the Raiders their first taste of in-conference action this season.
