While Oak Lawn put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Blue Island Eisenhower. The Spartans blew past the Cardinals 10-0. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Justin Canvin was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over four innings pitched. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Peyton Melnik, who earned one RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Oak Lawn is 5-1 when Melnik posts two or more runs, but 6-9 otherwise. Jackson Hilger was another key player, earning two runs and one stolen base.
