On Friday Fairview take on Camden Central at 7:30 PM. Camden Central will need to watch out since Fairview have now posted big point totals in their last three contests.
Fairview won against Stewart County two weeks ago with 49 points, and Fairview decided to stick to that point total again last week. Fairview were able to grind out a solid win over Waverly Central, winning 49-42. Senior Kameron Harris-lusk, who picked up 101 yards on the ground and caught passes for 132 yards, was a major factor in Fairview's success.
Meanwhile, after a dominant victory in their match, Camden Central were humbled. They found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 20-52 punch to the gut against Huntingdon. Camden Central were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 13-38.
Fairview's victory lifted them to 3-1 while Camden Central's loss dropped them down to 2-2. We'll find out if Fairview can add another positive mark to their record or if Camden Central can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Fairview's step.
