Last Thursday, Salt Fork didn't have too much trouble with Oakwood on the road as they won 44-26. 44 seems to be a good number for Salt Fork as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.
Meanwhile, Schlarman's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They were dealt a 54-15 defeat at the hands of Oakwood. Schlarman has struggled against Oakwood recently, as their match on Monday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
The losing side was boosted by Evy Kelsey, who scored three points along with 11 rebounds.
Salt Fork's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 22-5. As for Schlarman, their loss dropped their record down to 1-13.
Everything came up roses for Salt Fork against Schlarman in their previous matchup back in February of 2023 as the team secured a 51-12 victory. With Salt Fork ahead 39-3 at the half, the game was all but over already.
