The Interlachen Rams are taking a road trip to challenge the Oak Hall Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Interlachen has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since December 19.
On Tuesday, Interlachen ended up a good deal behind Umatilla and lost 64-50. The Rams were down 50-28 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Despite the loss, Interlachen saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Gabe Aguayo dropped a double-double with 18 points and 11 boards. Those 18 points set a new season-high mark for Aguayo. The team also got some help courtesy of Lawrence Sharp, who posted 16 points and four steals.
Meanwhile, Oak Hall got their first taste of in-conference action on Tuesday and they started things off strong. They walked away with a 59-52 win over St. Joseph Academy. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
Oak Hall now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Interlachen, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-15.
