Brady is 1-9 against Maxwell since December of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. Keaton Fattig and Payton Stienike were among the main playmakers for Brady as the former scored eight points along with five assists and two steals and the latter scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Stienike has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Maxwell's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. Their rough 60-35 loss to Maywood/Hayes Center might stick with them for a while. Maxwell's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Jenna Miller, who scored 15 points, and Emory Christensen who scored eight points along with six rebounds and two blocks. That's the first time this season that Miller scored 15 or more points.
Maxwell struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Maywood/Hayes Center pulled down 13 offensive rebounds.
