Macarri Johnson Delivers Electric Performance Vs Hatton
Starting off the list is West Morgan's MacArri Johnson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Johnson rushed for 181 yards and one score, and also threw for 20 yards and one touchdown.
Johnson must have Hatton's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When Johnson last faced the Hornets back in September of 2024, he rushed for 162 yards and three TDs on only 12 carries.

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Sy'Marien Coffey stepped things up a notch to give Brooks the 'W'. Coffey made his presence known, rushing for 67 yards and three touchdowns.
The win got Brooks back to even at 2-2. Looking ahead, Coffey and the Lions will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Lauderdale County at 7:00 p.m.

Another Game with at Least 112 Rushing Yards from Savarius Evans
Savarius Evans's rushing tear continued on Friday as he dropped his fourth-straight game with 112+ rushing yards. He rushed for 119 yards and one score.
Hatton's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2. Looking ahead, Evans and the Hornets will welcome Westminster Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Kylen Stover and Co. Win Fifth in a Row
West Morgan picked up their fifth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Kylen Stover. Stover was in on the action, rushing for 87 yards and one score on only seven carries.

Ro Thompson Makes It Two for Brooks
The second Brooks player making an appearance here is Ro Thompson, and for good reason. He rushed for 82 yards and one touchdown.
Wilson had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Thompson it was a similar story. When Thompson last faced the Warriors back in September of 2024, he rushed for 81 yards and a pair of scores on only eight carries.
