Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Remi Schieber and Luke Jones Lead Plaza Heights Christian Academy to Victory

On Friday, Plaza Heights Christian Academy strolled past Training Center Christian with points to spare, taking the game 57-38. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Plaza Heights Christian Academy.

Leading Plaza Heights Christian Academy to victory were Luke Jones and Remi Schieber. Jones dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds, while Schieber went 6 for 9 en route to 16 points along with seven boards and four blocks. The matchup was Schieber's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of George Carpenter, who posted eight points and 11 rebounds.

Plaza Heights Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive boards in four consecutive games.

Several Training Center Christian players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short.
