While University Charter put up plenty of  runs on Tuesday, the same  can't be said for Hatch. The Trail Blazers were the clear victors by  a  12-0 margin over the Bobcats. The result was nothing new for the Trail Blazers, who have now won seven contests by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 Michael Gibson and  Andrez Bell were a major factor no matter where they played. Throwing,  Gibson   struck out eight batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (and only one walk). Meanwhile,  Bell   pitched one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. University Charter is undefeated when  Bell allows one or  fewer  hits, but 7-8 otherwise. At bat,  Gibson  went a perfect 2-for-2 with two  RBI, while  Bell  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-1.
 In other batting news, University Charter got a  massive  performance out of  Jonah Dubose, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3. Dubose is becoming a predictor of the Trail Blazers' success: when he posts  at  least two  runs the team is undefeated (and 7-8 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of  Braden Murray, who  got on base  in all three of his plate appearances with one  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI.
 University Charter  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .654. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
The  victory made it two in a row for University Charter and  bumps their season record up to 10-8. The  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3  runs in those games. As for Hatch, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the  defeat, which was their seventh straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. University Charter will head out to  take on Keith  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Hatch, they will venture away from home to  face off against Selma  at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday.
