On Thursday, Faith Christian came up short against Benton Central and fell 3-1. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Despite the defeat, Faith Christian had strong showings from Caya Stillings, who had 17 digs and three assists, and Kelsey Olehy, who had 15 assists and three aces. Olehy is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last eight games she's played.
Meanwhile, North Vermillion came up short against Parke Heritage on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Wolves recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.
The final score came out to 25-12, 25-14, 25-14.
Faith Christian's loss dropped their record down to 25-4. As for North Vermillion, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-14.
