The Bonny Eagle Scots fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They breezed by Edward Little on the road to the tune of 42-8. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Bonny Eagle had established a 27 point advantage.
Terrell Edwards continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 228 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.9 yards per carry, and also throwing for 40 yards and a touchdown.
Bonny Eagle's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Edward Little, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
Bonny Eagle will be playing at home against Windham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Windham is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. As for Edward Little, they will head out on the road to face off against Lewiston at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lewiston and Edward Little are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
