Chantel Lyles was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 28 points and 15 steals for High Point Academy. The matchup was Lyles' fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cherri Yates, who scored 17 points along with 6 steals and 5 rebounds.
Greer Middle College's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for High Point Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.
