After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Littleton, Profile was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Mount Royal Academy Knights by a score of 10-7. The Patriots' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Tanner Schmarr made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out 11 batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off one hit. Schmarr was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, five RBI, and two runs.

In other batting news, Profile let Ivan Dovoholuk and Bradyn Stone run wild. Dovoholuk got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double, while Stone got on base in four of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases and three runs.

Profile's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Mount Royal Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Profile will host Colebrook Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mount Royal Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Newmarket at 4:00 p.m. on May 4.
