You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out between McAlester and Hale. McAlester put a hurting on Hale to the tune of 49-0. With McAlester ahead 35-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Junior Chris Hilton was the offensive standout of the match for McAlester, as he passed for 167 yards and 4 touchdowns. Senior Aj Martin was in the mix, too, providing McAlester with 2 touchdowns.
Next week McAlester take on Coweta at 7:30 PM. Unlike McAlester, Coweta will be limping in after taking a loss. Hale will be playing at home against Edison at at 7:00 PM.
