Apollo won the last time they faced McLean County, and things went their way on Friday, too. Apollo narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past McLean County 21-18.
The victory bumped Apollo's record up to 3-0. The loss dropped McLean County's record to 2-1.
Apollo are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Butler County next week at Butler County at 7:00 PM. As for McLean County, they will face off against Muhlenberg County.
