The Westwood Christian Warriors can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Pinecrest Prep 82-36 at home. Given Westwood Christian's advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 207th, while Pinecrest Prep is ranked 638th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Westwood Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than William Nadaskay, who scored 22 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Nadaskay has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Ethan Taylor, who scored 21 points along with six rebounds.
Westwood Christian pushed their record up to 11-4 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.8 points per game. As for Pinecrest Prep, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westwood Christian will take on Coral Shores at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pinecrest Prep, they will be playing at home against Somerset Academy South Homestead at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
