Kates Made His Presence Known in Richland's 37-16 Victory
Starting off the list is Richland's Drew Kates, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Kates threw for 334 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.8 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns.
