After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Davidson Academy, Donelson Christian Academy was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Ezell-Harding Christian Eagles a 15-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won ten games by seven runs or more so far this season.
Chloe Carawan was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI and one run. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March.
