Union will take on Roland-Story at home at 7:30 PM on Friday. Coming off of a win even when the odds were against them, Union have to be feeling especially confident with the MaxPreps state rankings on their side for this one.
Union had a rough outing against Dike-New Hartford two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Union blew past Benton 34-6.
Meanwhile, Roland-Story lost to West Marshall by a decisive 19-34 margin.
Union's victory lifted them to 3-2 while Roland-Story's defeat dropped them down to 2-3. We'll find out if Union can add another positive mark to their record or if Roland-Story can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Union's step.
