The Colonel Richardson Colonels will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against the Indian River Indians at 10:00 a.m. on December 26th. Colonel Richardson will be strutting in after a win while Indian River will be coming in after a loss.
Even though Pocomoke scored an imposing 65 points on Tuesday, Colonel Richardson still came out on top. The stars were shining brightly for Colonel Richardson in a 83-65 win over Pocomoke. 83 seems to be a good number for Colonel Richardson as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.
Meanwhile, Indian River's 16-6 record from last season is now well into the rear view mirror after another tough outing. They had to suffer through a rough 70-41 loss at the hands of Lake Forest. While losing is never fun, Indian River can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Delaware basketball rankings (they are ranked 43rd, while Lake Forest is ranked seventh).
Colonel Richardson's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Indian River, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
