Basketball Game Preview: Hampton Park Christian vs. Westgate Christian Eagles

Hampton Park Christian and Westgate Christian are an even 4-4 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. Hampton Park Christian will host the Westgate Christian Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hampton Park Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.5 points per game this season.

Back in December of 2024, Hampton Park Christian came up short against Bob Jones Academy and fell 56-48. Hampton Park Christian has struggled against Bob Jones Academy recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Westgate Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by Temple Christian Academy 65-26. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 46-15.

Westgate Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Hampton Park Christian, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-3.

Everything came up roses for Hampton Park Christian against Westgate Christian in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, as the squad secured an 81-47 victory.
