This is the second loss in a row for Overland and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Broomfield, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Overland won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Aurora Central at 7:00 p.m. on December 1st. Allowing an average of 55 points per game, Aurora Central has struggled on the defensive end, but that doesn't have to be the case in this game. As for Broomfield, they will square off against Fruita Monument at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Fruita Monument focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Saturday.
