Meanwhile, Brick Memorial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 41-34 to Toms River South.
Neptune now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Brick Memorial, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
Everything went Neptune's way against Brick Memorial in their previous meeting back in January, as Neptune made off with a 64-40 win.
