Johnny Hobgood and Co. Win 20th in a Row
Decatur picked up their 20th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Johnny Hobgood. Hobgood turned in his biggest game of the season, throwing for 257 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes, and also rushing for 38 yards and two touchdowns. Those 38 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
Decatur's victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0. Hobgood and Decatur will square off against North Caroline at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
