Cox won the last time they met up with Green Run, and they shouldn't regret having come to the reunion, either. Cox came out on top against Green Run by a score of 28-21 on Friday. The success made it back-to-back wins for the Falcons.
The victory improved Cox's record to 6-3. This is the second loss in a row for Green Run and nudges their record down to 4-5.
Cox will be staying on the road on Friday, facing off against Salem. Like Cox, Salem is also coming into the matchup bolstered by a recent win. The Stallions will stay at home against Landstown at 7 p.m. ET. The Stallions have the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency.
