After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ashland, Holliston was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 29-21 win over the Norwood Mustangs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.
Holliston's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jack McDonald, who threw for 185 yards and one TD, and also punched in one rushing score. The dominant performance also gave McDonald a new career-high in rushing yards (four). Austin Rodenhiser was another key rusher, rushing for 59 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Holliston's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Rodenhiser, Jake Brodsky, and Carter Greene, who each picked up one sack apiece.
