Sheets Memorial Christian was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Oak Level Baptist Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.
Sheets Memorial Christian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kristin Haut, who scored six points along with nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Aleah Nixon, who scored seven points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Sheets Memorial Christian's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Oak Level Baptist Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 2-12.
Sheets Memorial Christian's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Raleigh Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on February 13th. Raleigh Christian Academy comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 21 points in their last four games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse. As for Oak Level Baptist Academy, they will head out on the road to square off against Calvary Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Calvary Christian will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Oak Level Baptist Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
