Volleyball Recap: Lake View Gets the Win

Lake View won the last time they faced North Grand and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Wildcats came out on top in a nail-biter against the Eagle Owls, sneaking past 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Wildcats have posted against the Eagle Owls since August 29, 2019.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Lake View who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-20, 24-26, 25-13.

Lake View now has a winning record of 4-3. As for North Grand, they are on a 19-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Lake View is set to challenge their familiar foe Rickover Naval at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, North Grand will square off against rival Von Steuben at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
