Central Davidson got themselves on the board against T.W. Andrews on Tuesday, but T.W. Andrews never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Red Raiders with a sharp 15-0 win. Considering the Spartans have won 11 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Central Davidson's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-7. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for T.W. Andrews, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Looking ahead, Central Davidson will take on Uwharrie Charter Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Spartans 4, the Eagles 3.2) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for T.W. Andrews, they will be playing at home against Montgomery Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
