Trinity took down DuPont Manual 49-20 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Male and St. Xavier played the most contested game in 6A District 4 this week, with Male eventually emerging with a 23-21 victory.
The Crimsons' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Mason Motley threw for 124 and 1 touchdown and Jake Rist had 61 yards receiving. On the ground Michael Nero contributed 188 yards. Isaac Draper helped DuPont Manual's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 34 yards.
Nero provided a threat through the air and on the ground as DuPont Manual lost to the Shamrocks. Nero's key target this week was Rist, who caught 5 passes for 61 yards.
Motley put up the best numbers in passing as Oliver Lucas' team fell to Trinity.
DuPont Manual's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Crimsons feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Motley has thrown for 1,956 yards and 21 touchdowns this season, while Rist has 30 catches for 463 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between the Bulldogs and Bob Beatty's team. Male enters the contest ranked first in the state, while the Shamrocks ranks second.
Trinity led the league in scoring this week after putting up 49 points on the Crimsons.
