Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kennard-Dale). They were the clear victors by a 13-0 margin over the York Suburban Trojans on Wednesday. Winning may never get old, but the Rams sure are getting used to it with their ninth in a row.
Jake Harris made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
In other batting news, Ryan Perzanowski was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. Micah Smith was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and three runs.
Kennard-Dale was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .464. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.
