Dickinson has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will challenge the American History Bald Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Last Saturday, things could have been worse for Dickinson, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 55-39 loss to Snyder.
Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but American History ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They had just enough and edged Bard Early College out 37-35. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory American History has posted yet this season.
American History found their leader in underclassman Shamiyah Mubarak, who scored 19 points along with four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mubarak has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Neveah Stanley, who scored five points along with 13 rebounds and four steals.
Dickinson bumped their record down to 3-9 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. As for American History, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
Dickinson came up short against American History in their previous meeting on Wednesday, falling 43-37. Can Dickinson avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
