Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Pocatello walked away with it. They walked away with a 6-3 win over the Mountain Home Tigers on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for the Thunder, who have now won three matchups in a row.

JORDAN WILDE spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on six hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Pocatello's win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was KACHE STUCKI, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run. Another was CADEN ADAMS, who earned two runs and two stolen bases.

Pocatello's victory bumped their record up to 11-16. As for Mountain Home, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-10.

Pocatello wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 6-0 loss against Bonneville on the 9th. Mountain Home does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
