Meanwhile, Avalon came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 33.6 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Anaheim Discovery Christian by a score of 60-47. That's two games straight that Avalon has won by exactly 13 points.
Magnolia Science Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Avalon, their victory bumped their record up to 6-14.
