Lism Scholl turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than six strikeouts on Friday. He struck out 11 batters over six innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits (and only one walk). He is becoming a predictor of Brunswick's success: when he allows at most three earned runs the team is 6-1 (and 3-4 when he doesn't).

Coming up, Scholl and Brunswick will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Lewiston at 2:00 p.m. The Dragons have some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since May of 2017, but a win here would be a good start.
