Vero Beach posted their biggest win since November 22, 2024 on Thursday. Everything went their way against the St. Joseph Academy Flashes as the Vero Beach Indians made off with a 66-40 victory.

Loss or not, St. Joseph Academy got some senior leadership from Michael Shaw and Tre Lipat. Shaw went 6 for 8 on his way to 14 points in addition to five boards and three steals, while Lipat went 5 of 12 on his way to 14 points.

Vero Beach's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for St. Joseph Academy, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 6-4 record.

Vero Beach didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 59-41 victory against Coral Reef on the 27th. As for St. Joseph Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 85-40 loss against Olympic Heights on the 27th.
